Where are you located?

We are located in Austin, TX but we service all of central Texas and beyond.

How long are rentals good for?

All three days of the convention

Where do I get the rental once I’ve purchased it?

Rental fulfillment will vary by convention. Please look out for an email with details.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

There is a small fee ($25) for rips and tears. If the equipment is rendered inoperable from damage you will have to pay a replacement fee which varies on the item.

What if you aren’t available at the convention I’m attending?

Please send us a request via our contact form! We are currently serving Texas exclusively but looking to Branch out.
